I. To better select and use label, please pay attention to the following factors affecting label using:

    What materials is it stuck on?

    How is the surface and shape of bearing-sticking material?

    How long does sticking last?

    Is it permanent sticking or second stripping-off needed?

    Is it used outdoor or indoor? How is the high low temperature and humidity?

    Is it manual labelling or automatic labelling?

    How is the material, color, size and shape of the label?

    Is there the variable information necessary to be printed?

    Is information generation carried out through laser printing, thermal transfer printing or laser lithography?

    Is there statutory limitation or not?

    Are there any other special performance requirements or not?

Ethylene thin-film is printed through thermal transfer of long-lived coating, with excellent flexibility. The high-toughness glue line possesses high adhesive strength in terms of various surfaces, with a temperature resistance reaching 120℃ in short time.
It has an outstanding anti-adhesive and anti-degradation capacity on the small-diameter surface, and has an excellent adhesive effect on paint spraying surface, low-energy plastics surface and rough surface. In most cases, the label will be destroyed immediately once it is torn out. Barcode can be printed through thermal transfer.

An obvious unsealing indicator "VOID" (Invalid tearing) will appear once the label is torn out. Thus it is very suitable for safe quota label and inspection mark; the glue line has excellent anti-adhesive strength degradation.

The glue line also has strong shear force under high temperature and low gaseous volatilization feature meanwhile, thus it is usually applied in printed substrate (PCB). Two-dimensional bar code can be printed.



II. To better select and use double-sided adhesive tape, please pay attention to the following factors affecting adhesive tape using:

   What material is the bearing-sticking material?

    Is the material thin or thick, flexible or hard and tough?

    How is the surface and shape of material?

    How is the using environment (temperature and moisture variation, sunlight, water, oil or solvent) after sticking of adhesive tape?

    The stress born after sticking of adhesive tape: Is it shear force, stripping resistance, positive tensile force and cracking force?

    The color of adhesive tape meets need of appearance of product, or not?

    The thickness of adhesive tape meets the requirements of gap filling and sealing, or not?

In terms of two sides of PET-backing double-sided adhesive tape, one side is acylic acid group and the other is silica gel group.
The adhesive tape is suitable for sticking on rubber material on one side, and sticking on surface of metal and high-energy plastic on the other side, such as the electronic components including buttons and seal rings, etc.



III. Note points

    If there are moisture, oil and release agent on bearing-sticking material, the adhesive strength of materials will reduce. Thus it is necessary to clean up before construction.

    If the self-adhesive label and adhesive tape are used for sticking rough surface and bending surface, it is suggested to do test firstly and to confirm the base material to use.

    There will be full fitting effect if pressure is exerted during adhesion

    The viscose glue may be degraded due to ultraviolet irradiation

    As the viscose glue may be affected by temperature and moisture change, please pay much attention in process of using and safekeeping of self-adhesive label and adhesive tape.

    The viscose glue stress stabilizes after 24 hours
